เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่า FlightPrice เก็บข้อมูลอะไรของคุณ เก็บไปทำอะไร ส่งให้ใครบ้าง และคุณมีสิทธิ์อะไรบ้าง เขียนให้ตรงกับสิ่งที่แอพทำจริง ไม่ใช่แบบฟอร์มสำเร็จรูป

1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) FlightPrice เป็น ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล สำหรับข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่ระบุในเอกสารนี้ เป็นผู้กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และวิธีการประมวลผล และเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบต่อคำขอใช้สิทธิ์ของคุณ

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

2.1 ข้อมูลบัญชี

เมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google เราได้รับและจัดเก็บ:

• ชื่อที่แสดงบนบัญชี Google ของคุณ
• อีเมล และสถานะว่าอีเมลนั้นได้รับการยืนยันแล้วหรือไม่
• รูปโปรไฟล์ (ลิงก์รูป)
• รหัสผู้ใช้ของ Google ซึ่งเป็นรหัสประจำตัวที่ Google ออกให้ ใช้เพื่อจดจำว่าเป็นคุณคนเดิม

2.2 ข้อมูลการใช้งาน

• ประวัติการแจ้งเตือนที่ส่งให้คุณ และราคาที่พบในแต่ละครั้ง
• โทเคนสำหรับส่งการแจ้งเตือนมายังเครื่องของคุณ
• บันทึกการดูโฆษณาที่ให้รางวัล เพื่อป้องกันการรับรางวัลซ้ำ

2.3 ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์

2.5 สิ่งที่เราไม่เก็บ

• ไมโครโฟนหรือกล้อง
• ข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตหรือข้อมูลการชำระเงิน (แอพยังไม่มีการชำระเงิน)
• ข้อมูลอ่อนไหวตามมาตรา 26 ของ PDPA เช่น เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา ข้อมูลสุขภาพ

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร และอาศัยฐานทางกฎหมายใด

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ และไม่ส่งข้อมูลของคุณให้นายหน้าข้อมูล (data broker)

4. เราแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับใคร

แอพมีลิงก์ไปยังเว็บไซต์ AirAsia เพื่อให้คุณจองตั๋วได้สะดวก เราไม่ได้ส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณไปกับลิงก์นั้น แต่เมื่อคุณเปิดเว็บของ AirAsia แล้ว การใช้งานจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของ AirAsia ไม่ใช่ของเรา

เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลหากมีคำสั่งโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายจากเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐหรือศาล

5. ข้อมูลถูกเก็บที่ไหน

ข้อมูลของคุณจัดเก็บในฐานข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่เราดูแลเอง ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทย การเชื่อมต่อระหว่างแอพกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์เข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS ทั้งหมด

บริการของ Google ที่ระบุในข้อ 4 อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้มาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลของ Google เอง

6. เก็บไว้นานแค่ไหน

• ข้อมูลบัญชีและเส้นทางที่ติดตาม — ตราบที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่
• การใช้งานโดยไม่เข้าสู่ระบบ — ลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อไม่ได้เปิดแอพเกิน 90 วัน
• ประวัติการแจ้งเตือน — ไม่เกิน 12 เดือน
• ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง — ไม่เกิน 24 เดือน
• เมื่อคุณขอลบบัญชี — ลบทั้งหมดภายใน 30 วัน

7. ความปลอดภัย

• การเชื่อมต่อทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS
• โทเคนเข้าสู่ระบบบนเครื่องคุณเก็บใน Keystore ของระบบปฏิบัติการ ไม่ได้เก็บเป็นข้อความธรรมดา
• เราตรวจสอบลายมือชื่อดิจิทัลของ Google ก่อนยอมรับการเข้าสู่ระบบทุกครั้ง

อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์ หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงต่อคุณ เราจะแจ้งให้คุณและสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทราบตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

8. สิทธิของคุณ

• ร้องเรียน ต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

ใช้สิทธิ์ได้โดยส่งอีเมลมาที่ dev.rick1011@gmail.com เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน วิธีขอลบข้อมูลดูได้ที่ หน้าคำขอลบข้อมูล

9. เด็กและเยาวชน

FlightPrice ไม่ได้มุ่งให้บริการแก่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลของเด็กโดยเจตนา หากทราบว่าได้เก็บข้อมูลของเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีไว้ เราจะลบทันที

10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการแก้ไขที่มีนัยสำคัญ เราจะปรับวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ด้านบน และแจ้งให้ทราบผ่านการแจ้งเตือนในแอพก่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีผล

This is an English translation of the Thai text above. If the two differ, the Thai version governs.

1. Data controller

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), FlightPrice is the data controller for all data described in this document: it determines the purposes and means of processing, and is responsible for answering your requests.

2. What we collect

Account. When you sign in with Google we receive and store your display name, email address and whether Google has verified it, profile picture URL, and the Google account identifier. We never see your Google password.

Using the app without signing in. The app generates a random secret, keeps it in the device's secure storage and uses it in place of an account. We store only a hash of it, with no name or email. If you sign in later on the same device, your routes move to that account.

Usage. The routes you track (origin, destination, month range, target price), the alerts we have sent you and the fares found, your notification token, and a record of rewarded ads you have watched so a reward cannot be claimed twice.

Device. An app-generated install identifier, device model, OS version, app version, timezone, device language, IP address and the country derived from it.

Location. The app requests location permission and records latitude, longitude, accuracy and timestamp as a history rather than a single current position. To be straightforward about it: no feature in the app currently uses your location. It is collected for marketing analysis and future product planning, as stated in section 3. You can revoke the permission at any time in your device settings, though the app currently requires it to be granted in order to be used.

We do not collect contacts, calendar, photos, files, messages, microphone or camera data, payment card details, or any sensitive category of data under PDPA section 26.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service — watching fares and notifying you. Necessary for performance of our agreement with you.
• To identify you and keep accounts secure. Legitimate interest.
• To prevent duplicate or fraudulent ad rewards. Legitimate interest.
• To show advertising through Google AdMob. Consent, managed through your Google ad settings.
• For marketing analysis — understanding where our users are and which routes interest them, to plan features and commercial partnerships. Consent, given when you grant the location permission.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with data brokers.

4. Who we share with

Google Sign-In (authenticates you directly), Firebase Cloud Messaging (device token and notification content, to deliver alerts), and Google AdMob (advertising identifier and general device data, to serve ads and prevent fraud).

The app links out to AirAsia so you can book. No personal data of yours is passed in those links; once you are on AirAsia's site, their policy applies rather than ours.

We may disclose data where legally compelled by a competent authority or court.

5. Where it is stored

On a server we operate ourselves, located in Thailand. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS. The Google services listed above may process data outside Thailand under their own safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

• Account and tracked routes — for as long as the account is active.
• Use without signing in — deleted automatically after 90 days without opening the app.
• Notification history — up to 12 months.
• Device and location data — up to 24 months.
• On a deletion request — everything, within 30 days.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Session tokens on your device are held in the operating system's secure keystore, not in plain storage. Google's digital signature is verified on every sign-in before it is accepted. No system is perfectly secure; where a breach poses a high risk to you we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Committee as required.

8. Your rights

Under PDPA you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to particular processing such as marketing analysis, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. Email dev.rick1011@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. See the data deletion page for deletion requests.

9. Children

FlightPrice is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

10. Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and announced through an in-app notification before they take effect.
